1. Introduction

This privacy policy is about how Nature’s Finest Herbal Remedies (NFHR) collects, processes, stores and shares subscribers, members & visitors’ data collected by NFHR via the https://www.naturesfinestherbalremedies.co.uk/ website. Any personal data collected by NFHR is used in accordance with UK data protection legislation. Users should be aware that if they access other websites, using any links provided, these are outside of the control of NFHR. Nature’s Finest Herbal Remedies complies with the principles of the Data Protection Act 2018 in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).

A detailed Consent Form will be provided by NFHR to the client at the start of the Initial Consultation to enable clients to choose how their data is used by NFHR. Clients who visit the NFHR clinic following implementation of the new GDPR legislation on the 25th May 2018 will need to sign this updated Consent Form in their next consultation.

The data collected by NFHR from subscribers, members & visitors to the website is required to provide professional services, communicate with, to pay for products and services and to validate and verify the legitimacy of people registering to be subscribers. The data held by NFHR is collected at the time of application and may include name, surname, home address, business address, email address, phone number(s) and any other information required to complete any financial transaction.

 

4. Data sharing

We may disclose your personal information (including to trusted third parties) for purposes for which information is primarily held or for a related secondary purpose. Your personal and sensitive information may be disclosed to NFHR employees, representatives and service providers we use to deliver aspects of our service you elect to use if and when provided/appropriate to do so.

Data is shared internally with administrators for the purpose of verifying payments and refunds.

Subscribers, members & visitors to https://www.naturesfinestherbalremedies.co.uk/ website granted or otherwise not, may be kept on record for up to 2 years.

Subscribers, members & visitors who fail to be granted subscriber status are not necessarily recorded.

Updating or amendment of personal data, can take up to 30 working days. You have the right to rectify, amend, correct or erase your data except where there is a legal basis for refusal.

Payments are processed according to the payment policy of each of the 3rd party partners depending on the payment option chosen at checkout. NFHR does not store credit card payment details directly.
